1. Services
Replio Agency (“Replio,” “we,” or “us”), operated by Tristan White, provides the following services to small businesses:
- Website design and development
- Website hosting and maintenance
- Optional SMS lead notifications (when opted in)
By purchasing or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Payment
- A one-time setup fee covers website design, build, and launch
- An ongoing monthly fee covers hosting, maintenance, support, and infrastructure
- The setup fee is non-refundable once work has begun
- Monthly billing continues until you cancel in writing
- Access to hosted services may be suspended upon non-payment
- Replio does not guarantee any specific business results, revenue, or search rankings
3. Client Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy of all content, information, and materials you provide
- You represent that you have the right to use any logos, images, or content you submit
- You must not use our services for any unlawful purpose
4. SMS Terms
By providing your phone number and consenting to receive SMS communications, you agree to receive messages from Replio Agency related to your account, onboarding, and service notifications, including:
- Website onboarding updates
- Service notifications
- Customer support communications
- Website launch confirmations
- Message frequency may vary
- Message and data rates may apply
- Reply STOP to opt out at any time
- Reply HELP to reach our support team
SMS messages are transactional only. We do not send promotional or marketing messages via SMS. Opting out does not affect other aspects of your service.
5. Intellectual Property
Replio retains ownership of the website templates, design systems, and platform infrastructure. Upon full payment, you receive a license to use your customized website for your business. You retain ownership of your business name, logo, and original content you provide.
6. Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Replio does not guarantee uptime, rankings, revenue, or lead volume
- Replio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the prior 3 months
7. Termination
You may cancel your monthly hosting plan at any time by contacting us at tristan@replioagency.com. Upon cancellation:
- Hosting and maintenance services are discontinued at the end of the current billing period
- Your website will be taken offline unless alternative hosting is arranged
- You may request a site export before your service end date
Replio may terminate or suspend services immediately for non-payment or violation of these terms.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of material changes via email.
